Ocd keeps me from reading.

I used to be able to read with my eyes and understand what I was reading. Ocd took my ability to read from me now I subvocalize and focus on every word when I read. How can I read better again?

Maybe try audiobook accompanying paper?

I have a hard time with my adhd sometimes and if I can when I really want to absorb the material this is a strategy I use.
