Why do I grind my teeth when I am sleep?

I wonder why I grind my teeth when I am sleep? My mama tell me all the time. is it a medical problem?

time to buy a mouth guard... it's usually stress that causes it. i used to grind my teeth so bad that i went through a mouth guard every couple of weeks
