Is the only way to know for sure if you have a phobia is by seeing a doctor?

No. If you have an irrational fear of something, you are phobic of that thing. Doesn't require a diagnosis. Are you afraid of heights? You don't need a doctor to tell you the answer to that question

I think I might have Erratophobia 🤔 I hope I don't but I have this intense fear of making mistakes...to the point I shake and feel sick sometimes. Thanks for answering though! :)

You may. I mean, whether or not you technically have a phobia isn't going to change those feelings you have. Either way, you are afraid
