Is the only way to know for sure if you have a phobia is by seeing a doctor?

No. If you have an irrational fear of something, you are phobic of that thing. Doesn't require a diagnosis. Are you afraid of heights? You don't need a doctor to tell you the answer to that question

I think I might have Erratophobia 🤔 I hope I don't but I have this intense fear of making mistakes...to the point I shake and feel sick sometimes. Thanks for answering though! :)

You may. I mean, whether or not you technically have a phobia isn't going to change those feelings you have. Either way, you are afraid

No, doctors are humans that like to reach in your pocket and take your money. While many believe they are god they in fact are not see first line for explanation of what a doctor is.
