I was 185 lbs in spring and now i have reached 162 lbs.

23 lbs in a matter of a few months and i am on Losartan. come join me in my search for health.

Hopefully, if i continue to lose one lbs per week, i will be 136 lbs by February 3, 2023...this will put me into the normal weight category

Congratulations. May i ask what Losartan is? Is it a weight loss drug?

@Isthisit Thanks. Losartan is for blood pressure. It has me at about 117/71. that is at home.

@ninalanyon because it keeps your blood pressure from going very high and therefore making it almost impossible to loss weight
