How to lose weight?

I understand this question has been asked so many times, but im seriously struggling to lose weight.

Is it diet? Can eating less help? Does it matter what i eat, and depend on my calories? Do i need the gym? Can bodyweight exercises and walking help?

Please give me foods to eat

First answer is really the best. Get blood work done to rule out any conditions you might have wherein weight gain is a symptom. Talk to your doctor and if you can, see a registered dietician. And beware, there's a crucial difference between a dietician and a nutritionist. A nutritionist is anyone who calls himself that; a dietician mu satisfy training, supervision, testing and certification requirements. And you don't want to know which food to eat and avoid; you want to learn how to tell the difference for yourself and how to manage an eating plan.

Good luck. And move. If only for 5 minutes. Then tomorrow, 10. Next week, 20. You can do this and there's help out there. Go get the life you see yourself in.
