How to lose weight?

I understand this question has been asked so many times, but im seriously struggling to lose weight.

Is it diet? Can eating less help? Does it matter what i eat, and depend on my calories? Do i need the gym? Can bodyweight exercises and walking help?

Please give me foods to eat

Its now how much you eat its what you eat... stay away from simple carbs, eat smaller meals, do some sort of exercise at least 4 times a week..a be patient!.... im a bit older than you and ive lost almost 20 lbs over the last 8 months
