How to lose weight?

I understand this question has been asked so many times, but im seriously struggling to lose weight.

Is it diet? Can eating less help? Does it matter what i eat, and depend on my calories? Do i need the gym? Can bodyweight exercises and walking help?

Please give me foods to eat

There are only two ways to lose weight: decrease the calories you eat or increase the calories you use.

It's probably best to do both. But don't change your eating and exercise habits too radically too quickly, especially if you are very overweight.

Changing the kind of food you eat might also be useful, less sugar, more fibre, drink more water.

You don't need the gym, but joining one and consulting their trainer might help you to be motivated.

What works for me is to use a smaller plate than usual and to go for a walk of at least six thousand steps every day.

Don't take my word for it though (or any other random internet person), consult an actual expert, a doctor, trainer, dietitian.
