How to lose weight?

I understand this question has been asked so many times, but im seriously struggling to lose weight.

Is it diet? Can eating less help? Does it matter what i eat, and depend on my calories? Do i need the gym? Can bodyweight exercises and walking help?

Please give me foods to eat

It really isn't very complicated. Calorie count. Count up how much you consume (calorie wise) each day, and then reduce that amount by several hundred calories.

Exercise can speed the process up, but it mainly comes down to how much you eat.
