How to lose weight?

I understand this question has been asked so many times, but im seriously struggling to lose weight.

Is it diet? Can eating less help? Does it matter what i eat, and depend on my calories? Do i need the gym? Can bodyweight exercises and walking help?

Please give me foods to eat

So you want others to do your research for you? You can Google that. And take into consideration any medical issues, food allergies or foods you can’t eat for other reasons
