How to lose weight?

I understand this question has been asked so many times, but im seriously struggling to lose weight.

Is it diet? Can eating less help? Does it matter what i eat, and depend on my calories? Do i need the gym? Can bodyweight exercises and walking help?

Please give me foods to eat

If money is not a problem there is a diet plan , SOTA , that does a SOTA at home plan. You call in and give them your metrics (height, weight, body fat %, etc.) , then tell them how much you want to lose. They will come up with a plan (nutritionists) and ship you the food and the instructions. You also have to cook your own dinner according to their plan. Its Keto. Your doctor may have something your insurance will pay for, but the SOTA has worked for a lot of my friends. Like 100 pounds plus lost for a few of them in 6 months.
