Hi guys! I'm so aware that I'll be putting on pounds during the holidays, so I wanna pre-emptively lose some weight! Besides tea and exercise (I do cycling and body weight squats and stuff) any more tips?
Keep up the exercise and put in fewer calories than you burn. That's it. That's the secret.
Plan ahead for the holidays, lose weight slowly. Then cut yourself a break and have a good time. After the holidays, you can go back to sensible, moderate weight loss.
