It's amazing how much warmer and more lively i feel after a full day of eating properly

The miso soup and tofu thing from yesterday made a difference in how I feel today. My muscles dont feel as sore and laggy like they usually do

what you eat makes a missive difference to your feelings that includes mental health ,had to stop eating gluten and my stress levels have dropped right down .
