It's amazing how much warmer and more lively i feel after a full day of eating properly

The miso soup and tofu thing from yesterday made a difference in how I feel today. My muscles dont feel as sore and laggy like they usually do

I got cold taking the boy to school and shivered till noon and then thought I better get up and cook something to eat. I made a steak & ate it and a banana and an orange later on and the shivering stopped.
