49 days after breaking my ankle I went for a drive in my car.

Can not put a shoe on and there is not much flexibility.
Wanted to see if I could drive and the answer is yes.
Got to use my left foot to use the brakes but managed okay.

@Poppies No. Will never be as good as new. 4 screws and a plate holding it together.
Will still be fragile on uneven surfaces.

@Poppies I am sure eventually the swelling will go down. Just a matter of time I think.
Will be seeing my doctor on Wednesday and I will ask him the question.
