Last generation…

I was diagnosed with Shingles today. Then a weird thought hit me. I’m probably part of the last generation where many people can even get Shingles because the Chicken Pox vaccine came along not too long after I had the Chicken Pox.

Yeah. Totally random. I know. 😂

So when did you get the covid vax? Common side effect of it is shingles.

@RedBaron There is. Shingles is not an uncommon ailment. My 30 year old daughter who had the chickenpox vax as a child the had chickenpox and last year had shingles. Sometimes modern medicine is not what it claims to be.

@RedBaron There is, except, they don't usually recommend it until a certain age. This means insurance wouldn't pay for it.

@Dewkissedrose A girl I work with had similar experience. She developed shingles post vax.

@Grvstu Shingles is a disease among humans. If you look at the stats it seems the vax seems is making it more common.
