Last generation…

I was diagnosed with Shingles today. Then a weird thought hit me. I’m probably part of the last generation where many people can even get Shingles because the Chicken Pox vaccine came along not too long after I had the Chicken Pox.

Yeah. Totally random. I know. 😂

Can you still get the shingles vaccine eventually?
It's supposed to be really painful 😕

@HannahSky Yes. I probably will because I could get Shingles again. They don’t normally recommend it until a bit older. But, I guess I’m old enough…

@Dewkissedrose Sorry to hear about it. Probably better now than when you're much older.
I keep reminding my mom her doctor said to get it.

@HannahSky I agree. Although, I could still get it again. I’ll be looking at getting the vaccine sooner than later I’m sure.
