Exactly!
Yes, some were vaccinated but they are getting less sick.

@Noreaster The case count includes them, right? That does matter somewhere.

@SW-User I've lost track

SW-User
@Noreaster Well, if some of those infected are vaccinated, and if the vaccines work... which would translate that not as many people are getting *as* sick *that* matters
SnowBlack · 22-25, F
@SW-User The fully vaccinated represent 0.02% of the newly infected.

SW-User
@SnowBlack They were about 50% in Israel when dealing with the same variant, the difference was they had a much stronger vaccination rate there. Math matters there, I hope you see that and I'm not saying the vaccines make no difference.

@SW-User False information. Canada and Israel have distributed virtually the same number of doses per population, and the weekly change in the number of new cases is also comparable with Canada up 56% and Israel 70%. Both have less than a tenth of a percent of new cases attributed to those having received at least one dose. You're likely getting your information from a lying Republican anti-vaxx source. They like to multiply the real figure by at least 5,000%

SW-User
@SnowBlack Wow, you are amazing. Isreal has a double vax rate over 80%, which if you understand math, the probability of those being vaccinated making up a strong part of new cases matters. Have fun labeling all you want, though.
Simply put, if you just test for cases, no matter the severity, and the virus *can* be present in a vaccinated person, even if less likely, with less severe effects, if you only have a small percentage not vaccinated, of couse the group vaccinated will represent a large amount of positive cases.
If logic (for you) dictates I'm an anti-vaxx person than so be it, while I'm vaxxed.

@SW-User You're ignoring the figures in order to stay in keeping with anti-vaxx lies. I was prepared to cut you a break, but you're also blocked for contributing to the death count. And I don't believe you're vaccinated. Anyone who is so wouldn't falsify the figures so drastically.
