I have a question about weight loss

Im 153 lbs and so 11 times my body weight 1683 calories to lose weight, so for a person 350 lbs they would have to consume 3850 calories to lose weight? But what would happen if they ate less than that would it cause problems?

As long as you eat at least 1500 healthy calories a day, weight reduction shouldn't cause you any problems. Fruits, lettuce, fish, wholemeal rice and bread. Avoid fast food, peanuts, chocolate, potato chips, other empty calories.
In case of any doubts ask your doctor.

I don't think it would cause problems besides being hungry all the time

As long as they are getting proper nutrition and enough calories to survive then there will be no ill effects.
153 is not alot of weight for an average sized man. I hope that you aren't anorexic and trying to lose an unhealthy amount of weight.
