So what is an excellent diet for losing ten pounds quickly?

i only do intermittent fasting accidently...i forget breakfast or lunch on occasion. i have read about the Dash diet and the Mediterranean diet. those two are just your run of the mill..."eat correctly and get plenty of exercise" crap that we already know about. is there a delivery meal service or something specific besides Nutrisystem?

@LILY61 join fitness pal it is free and gives you a lot of ideas for recipes also helps track things like carbs,sugars,fats etc .
I eat a lot of salads ,eggs,have replaced all meat w vegan alternatives that are no fat less cals more protein,more filling ,fruits ,yogyrts,tahini have replaced bread for crackers or whole wheat low cal pita wraps ,no cows milk ,just oat or soya sometimes ,stevia or sweeteners instead of sugar , eating brown wheats in general helps too but I dont eat them so often ,I find them more filling though ,like brown rice brown pasta etc,and I'm sure I have read that white flour is a carcinogen so they are a healthier alternative overall.

@LILY61 hope it helps also keep vitamin supplements and try to add seeds like flax and chia as they are good for your heart,especially if you reduce your meats. Our meats ,or most meats unless if you have your own farm and grow them yourself,are highly polluted with antibiotics and poor animal feed, so it is really toxins you put in your body . But animals still offer nutrients that are hard to find in alternatives so be careful and any dietary change that you make make sure it suits your body and needs. Good luck ❤
