If you have arthritis or muscle pain what topical treatment do you use?

I got some Biofreeze gel this week and it’s effective. Has a bit of a menthol odor but so long as it’s effective I don’t mind

@Fishy I just got 16 pounds of Epsom salts this week with my insurance medical supply card so I can soak in the tub. Got a tube of Biofreeze too
