The Latino community is experiencing a fatality rate of 61 per 100,000 with the virus, whites are at 40 deaths per 100,000 cases. That translates into a fatality rate of 0.061 and 0.040 respectively. It seems to me that no matter which side is reporting numbers and statistics, it is hard to believe either of them.
