I have a crooked smile but I’m told it gives me personality so I’m good

Unfortunately I wasn't counselled properly on the retainers. I was told I only need to wear them for 6 months and then only at night for the next 3 months. So after a total of 9 months I stopped wearing them and in a matter of a few months my teeth protruded back out.

I did as a kid and though I'd never - never - go through it again, I'm totally jealous of how easy and unobtrusive the are now.

I took a hockey stick to my mouth when I was 8. So I had different kind of braces for like 4 or 5 yrs. Hearing my Dad complain of the money .... confused me

My parents suggested them in the past but I have never gotten them.

Yes. For ten years. Age 8 to 18.

I wore braces for 3 years in highschool.

I had them. It was a nightmare but I'm glad I did. I would have had "vampire teeth" otherwise. Like Kirsten Dunst or worse.
