Unfortunately I wasn't counselled properly on the retainers. I was told I only need to wear them for 6 months and then only at night for the next 3 months. So after a total of 9 months I stopped wearing them and in a matter of a few months my teeth protruded back out.

@assemblingaknob My oldest daughter still wears her retainer at night. Amazing.
