Do you take good care of yourself?
I do my best to, especially with me being a nurse. I mean I'm not perfect, but what kind of nurse would I be of I didn't set an example for the patients? Know what I mean?

@SW-User I remember a time when nurses had to follow the Doc. with an ashtray and held it while the Doc. examined the patient. Also when the Doc. came to the nurses station the nurses had to stand and give the chairs to the Doc.s and fetch charts when ordered by the Doc. This is all true.

@Grateful4you we've come so far in our knowledge of health and nutrition, to think of medical staff smoking is just absurd

@SW-User It is, but probably a coping mechanism working doubles and triples takes a stressful toll, I was one of the puffers hon.
