Has anyone else had a pain like this before?

Yes I do have an appoinment with a doctor. For the last few weeks my left arm really hurts a lot whenever I move it. It doesn't hurt to the touch, even if I squeeze it. Picking up a can of catfood is very painful.Just curious.

Joint or muscle pain?

I think joint, I have a very slight pain in like that in the right arm, very slight. At first I thought it was a fibromyalgia pain, but those only last for a few days.

@1961dave: was your arm under pressure in the past? I mean unusual force or sth. Happened to me a week after a 20 mile hike.. I could barely walk.

@1961dave: if its a joint issue,they can fix it by injecting lube into them.. you'll be fine Dave don't worry:)
