Is soap solution spray be effective against covid-19??

I wonder if soap can kill covid-19 virus, why people doesn't replace their alcohol spray bottle by a simple solution spray and use it so desinfect hands and surfaces

So the soap helps the water wash the stuff off of your hands. Soap without water I don't think will do anything.
