The whole 10,000 steps thing.

Does anyone here walk for weight loss? It's my intention to walk no less than 70,000 steps per week. According to that, 1 lb should be lost every week without drastically changing eating habits even though I know that would help. Any tips?Any personal facts behind this?

Just don't have those steps take you to and from the refrigerator very often.
