Why do I feel guilty when I do for things for myself?

Mostly when I am about to do a hobby I feel real guilty. Pretty much when I am about to do something I feel sad. And half the time I will stop doing what I was about to do because of this. It’s just odd.

I feel the same way. I tell myself "if you're really putting your energy into this, you might as well get actual stuff done". I can't remember the last time I read a book and actually relaxed.
