Why do I feel guilty when I do for things for myself?

Mostly when I am about to do a hobby I feel real guilty. Pretty much when I am about to do something I feel sad. And half the time I will stop doing what I was about to do because of this. It’s just odd.

I suppose it depends. Is it the fact that you’re taking time out for yourself ? Everyone deserves that. Or are hobbies themselves the issue ?
