Finally lost some weight
I've been trying to eat better and drink less. The drinking last week wasnt great as I drank 4 days out of 7 but somehow still managed to lose 2lbs. That has given me the motivation to do even better next week. I'm on schedule to only drink 2 days out of 7 so as long as I maintain my eating then I should see further results next week. Never had too many issues with exercise but plan to step that up to.
