Mix it up to keep it fresh as possible...

Don't worry about the results you think you will get in the far away future...just make the goal for the present time you are in trying to get through the boredom and monotony.

Even when you don't want to do it, MAKE yourself at least get dressed to do it, and then MAKE yourself at least do it for five minutes.

Chances are over time, that will create a habit that will be harder to break.

Jmo..it's the way I've stuck with it for 45 years..
@SW-User aww I like that getting dress .. it defo works for me... once I get my gym gear and camera on 😭😭 I can go for two hours
perhaps weirdly, I liked a good audio book during a workout

Dance instead.
Gyms are boring to me as well.
You burn calories from dancing...
Or even riding a bike, roller skating etc
It might not be your thing. I find cardio boring and only do that about once a week. Weight lifting is way more fun it lets you get creative with all the different things you can do so no two workouts are the same, and you can compete with yourself.
May it playful ... find something u enjoy and bring variety ... everyday try different .. yoga Pilates animal flow hitt dance 💃 anything .. don’t force yourself .. make it as life style
@Lostandfound46 yeah that’s a good point...I haven’t found something that I find fun so that this doesn’t feel like a chore
