It must be your diet. Try cutting grains, and all potatoes out of your diet. If you eat anything with sugar in it cut that out. Does not include fruit as a desert (fructose not glucose). Eat meats, veggies, yes fats, cheese, whole milk yogurt and sweet potatoes. That’s what I’ve been doing and it works for me so far.

@Lalala you can eat as many veggies as you want all day; yes they’re considered a carb source, just like fruits. Veggies aren’t harmful. I’ve probably been eating more cheese and meat than anything, but I still have my veggies. After work I have a premade salad of different veggies with vinegar and olive oil as the dressing, a can of tuna and some cheese on top of that. I also add red pepper because I like spicy too. Then a handful of cherries. Or I’ll fill the bottom of a cereal bowl with frozen blueberries defrost in the microwave and add about 4 table spoons of plain yogurt and mix. Additionally I’ll have 10 olives and some cheese. That’s just a sample meal.
