She was a sex educator who promoted contraceptives and safe sex to avoid sexually transmitted infections and diseases, and to avoid unwanted pregnancies.

So unless you believe the usage of condoms and birth control is "extermination" then you're making shit up. Again.

@IstillmissEP Margaret Sanger seems to have been somewhat of a supporter of that rather shameful part of this country's history. Some of the general ideas of eugenics, I mean, like numerous very prominent people were.

She was never a supporter of any forced sterilization or "extermination", though, as many others were at that time. She WAS a tireless supporter of women being able to prevent unwanted pregnancies.
