I have an IUD. So when I started having strong pregnancy symptoms and people starting asking if I was I was kind of scared. I took a test and to my relief it was negative, but when I told my boyfriend it was negative he gave me the opposite response of what I was expecting.
What?!
Update: In between his question I called him and we talked for about an hour. I had to get off the phone to go take the test.

@GerOttman I was kind of on the fence. I'd have liked to have had a positive pregnancy experience as my one and only time was terrible. I wouldn't mind having one with somebody I really love, but I do like having some alone time without a kid. (When my son is at his dad its just us to do whatever we want). I kind of left it up to him. I asked if he wanted me to get the IUD taken out and he said no even though he was super giddy last night and hasn't talked to me since early this morning so I'm a bit confused.
@ChiyoSKL You both probably need time to process the situation and see how you really feel when you have a little perspective. In a week or a month or whatever you may have a good clear sense of what you want.
