After the crass and callous stupidity of her earlier flawed objectives of coercing and then bullying teachers and their representatives, Anne Longfield can’t even back off with any credibility. She is now, people of the uk, [i]prepared to listen[/i]. Well, hooby dooby feckin yabadaba doo for her. Madam Longfield, you are an unfortunate pawn in a failed and infantile political gambit of your deranged and socially oblivious leaders.

Actually, I apologise to all those infants out there. They do quite clearly have MORE EFFING SENSE than you and your cohorts. Watch the people’s lips now: You cannot (and won’t be allowed to) send 5 year olds to school!

Unfortunately, we are not a Denmark, in soooo many unfortunate ways.

I despair. They can’t even back track properly.

valentine as i stated in a previous post yesterday or when ever that when it is safe and only then for kids to go back to my crazy way of thinking the older ones should be first to go back first as they understand a little better the danger of corona virus and the rules the older end will be coming toward final exams and leaving school looking for good results for a job or career now five years need education yes but not maybe as imperative as say older children where mapping out there future

@smiler2012 Yes. And now the government machine has awoken to this. Or at least it would seem. I am still frustrated that their way of retracting is to say “[i]We are prepared to listen”[/i]. Like feck are they. Grrrr.

@Valentine unfortunately this sounds like par for the course with with the present government i listened to the prime minister give a speech the other sunday and by the end i was confused by what i had just listened to was incoherent full of inconsistences and flaws and then you wonder why there is chaos over something like this
