Can transgender girls carry babies?

@MiaJadexx A man is not designed and born to cary a child. Let's solve the biggest problems we have on earth. People are dying from war, lack of food and clean water, pollution, Cancer. Having a man cary baby is the last thing i want to worry about when he is not even designed to do that. Let's not mess with the mother nature. Genetically modified baby carriers. Ugh

@RandomForest our bodies are designed to fight and create antibodies. C section and analogy has no relevance to a man being converted into to carry a child..such a waste of resource...I wish people could think of better things to do in life to save those who are born and starving to death as opposed to getting a man pregnant and carry a child.

@MiaJadexx I am sorry, this is NOT a crisis, transgender women wanting to get pregnant...seriously? Our minds are not messed up enough. They need help. They do not have anatomy to do so stop messing with the world already. Enough is enough..
