No, they cannot, medically. Their bodies from inside are not designed and build for that. It did you not study reproductive organs in HS?

well, they may not be able to grow a baby inside, but they can nurture one the same. carry it in a front carrier, take them for walks.. i think they have like milk boobs you can put on to feed them with for that kind of special bonding. stuff like that
