Where are my conspiracy theorist that believe in the New World Oder?

I think the New order of the ages has to do with America trying to bring peace, tranquility, and democracy at the barrel of a gun. There's a book called America in the United States in Mexico since the civil war it covers investments in Mexico, racism, trade, and war. The more i started to read into this book I realize that there is some form of elite powerful people really behind the scenes.
