Is this stupid or not?
Some local governments in the US have barred "essential" stores, such as grocery chains or big-box retailers, from selling "nonessential" items such as clothing and toys.

They did the same here. Alcohol and cigarettes are banned, so are hot foods and clothing. I can't buy a razor either.

@SimplyTracie Yep. They are allowing restaurants to deliver alcohol with food.
Only bars, nightclubs, dune-in restaurants, gyms, healhtclubs, sports recreation facilities, theaters, libraries, and museums are closed. And many government services offices.
