I've been eating less as well. I may only have 1 meal a day because of it. I recommend supplements like protein shakes. Easy to consume, full of protein.

As for exercise... Cardio is the best but if you're stuck inside I guess core exercise like crunches and pushups might help.

Cardio...anything...walking running....unless some trainer wants to chime in I believe it's the best way if not the only way to burn calories, etc....

Strangely enough of you exercise it normally decreases your appetite. You might want to explore healthy high calorie food.
