I am finding meal times difficult because I want to keep a structured day but I'm just not hungry like usual at the same times, probably because of inactivity

Cardio...anything...walking running....unless some trainer wants to chime in I believe it's the best way if not the only way to burn calories, etc....

@luctoretemergo Thank you, should have mentioned I'm basically restricted to my own flat and no equipment! I could do laps between the bedroom and living room 😅

@helsbels See? Your thinking outside the box....burpees?...how bout stairs? You can go up and down stairs if you have some?...I don't know, I need a snack now!
