@BlueRain You have GOT to be kidding, right? He saw this coming. Dismissed it as a hoax. And he is still not doing anything to protect his country. And he wants everything back to normal by Easter?

@snofan he thinks it might be better by Easter, he's trying to be optimistic

@ancientmariner He should look at the numbers. It will NOT be alright by Easter. Any fool can see that. He isn't even as intelligent as a fool. Your numbers are doubling every 3 days. Keep an eye on them - you will see. Even if he locked EVERYTHING down right now, numbers will keep going up at that rate for about another 20 days or so. Your country is in very deep trouble - and it's all because of him. China has 1.3 billion people, America 325 million, but by slamming a lid on it early China limited their infections to less than America's. Your death toll will soon be higher too. Trump has caused these numbers by not acting sooner. The only thing he has acted on is the economy - not the safety of his people.

@snofan I think his attitude has finally changed over the past five days, not that he had any choice

@ancientmariner Filling people with false hope is dangerous in these situations, as if people weren’t blasé enough about it as it is. It’s important to give people accurate information so they can understand the gravity of the situation and take the appropriate steps to protect themselves and people around them.

@ancientmariner He needs to be realistic not optimistic

@Dlrannie I couldn’t agree more.
