Ready for a small change?

One doctor from the CDC today said that Bleach or Disinfectant wipes are probably not the best way to kill covid19 on surfaces.

He said if there IS virus on that surface, the wipes will probably just spread it around on that surface, and then transfer it to another surface if you use the same wipe for anything else.

He said spraying the surface is the best practice, with a mixture of 1 gallon distilled water per 5 tablespoons (about 1/3 cup) of bleach. He said to get the surface wet, and let it sit for about 3 minutes to kill the virus before wiping.

And I had a further thought. If people who have the virus and don't really know it are coughing or sneezing out in parking lots or on the sidewalks or bathroom floors when they think they are alone and not endangering anyone, and then you walk on that surface, three to nine hours later, it is probably on the bottom of your shoes, and you are tracking it into your house. Best practice? Leave your shoes at the door. Your house will be cleaner, too!

I always leave my shoes at the door. The bottom of your shoes are filthy. Who wants that crap all over your house?
