I Am Not Reassured by Trump’s Words

I think Trump is downplaying the Corona Virus. He said (while sounding unwell himself) that there are 22 patients. What happened to the 62, we had from only a day or two ago. He said, if you’re healthy, and become infected, you’ll be fine. Tell that to the healthy young people’s loved ones, who died from it. The young whistleblower doctor for one, was only 32.

He keeps saying how well prepared we are, but the CDC still don’t have testing kits distributed around the country, and the first kits were defective. It doesn’t seem like well prepared to me, and we know at least one person in California and Oregon, are walking around with the virus infecting God knows how many others, who will then infect more, and so on. No, Mr. President, I am not reassured by your words, and will take precautions regardless.

These are dangerous times we live in.

Maybe I misheard him, but I’m sure he said that the Taliban will now be fighting terrorists. I thought they were the terrorists. Are they the good guy’s now? @BlueVeins

@Carissimi Eh, they are terrorists, but they're generally considered a lot less bad than groups like Al-Qaeda and ISIS in that they only attack people in their little area. They're much less of a threat to us.

So now these barbarians are fighting for us? I guess so. @BlueVeins

@Carissimi I don't support it, but it's certainly not new. We supported them against the Soviets, after all, and we've indirectly supported Al-Qaeda against the Houthis in Yemen.

I know. The bad guys are only bad if they are fighting against us, like the government funding ISIS in Syria. Funny how that works. I’m being facetious. @BlueVeins
