Does anyone know any great weight loss pills?

I workout but I'm losing weight slowly and summer is approaching soon.

last time around, these pills caused permanent heart damage (among other things).

There is no substitute to heathy eating, exercise and no sugary drinks, and that includes zero calories, artificially sweetened drinks (and food).
