@TaiduGirl oh ok

Walking has always been the best way to drop pounds for me. 2 miles a day, every day. You do have to work up to that if you are not used to walking so far.
Lonesome33 · 36-40
@SweetMae I do allot of walking and excercise
PerfectionOfTheHeart · 46-50, F
Losing it slowly is a good thing and it’s the speed your body wants to go naturally, so if at all possible don’t tinker with its process. If time is really the driving factor, try revamping your workout sessions. Your body gets used to repetitive exercises and can slow it’s momentum when it comes to shedding weight. Change it up a little and incorporate full-body exercises for max results.
Good luck to ya but know you’ve already done awesome by just doing what you’re doing and come summer the good times will come just the same ☮️

last time around, these pills caused permanent heart damage (among other things).
There is no substitute to heathy eating, exercise and no sugary drinks, and that includes zero calories, artificially sweetened drinks (and food).

It might be your diet. There are a lot of youtubers that can help you lose weight but be realistic about it. Some people just lose weight much slower than others.

Don't take any of that crap. It is terrible for your body and it is not a true weight loss - it always comes back. Slow and steady for the win!
Echoing · 61-69, F
I dropped 25pds from omit one thing in my diet ..sugars!
10 months later, still have maintained my weight.

Eat less, move more. Do that consistently
Graylight · 51-55, F
Losing weight slowly and sensibly is, by far, the best way to take and keep weight off. There is no 'good pill.' If there were, everyone would own them.
MiraRoss · 31-35, F
Eat right and exercise don't use pills. So many exercises you can do depending on you energy and muscle strength that are good
FreeSpirit1 · F
Pills dont work in my opinion, eating less and burning calories does.
WeighedDown · 41-45, M
@FreeSpirit1 some pills can and do work by suppressing appetite while boosting energy. The problem is the drugs best at doing this are amphetamines.

Try a photo of Melanoma when she knows Trump isn’t looking at her. That woman has the foulest expression.

Just keep doing what you're doing. Don't rush it or it won't stay off.

If you ate a properly balanced diet and did regular exercise you wouldn’t need pills
A quick fix is not good! Just work on exercise and portion control
Lonesome33 · 36-40
@RadiantRuby I've been at it for 2 months eating healthy and working out I've only loss 5 pounds
Perry4444 · 56-60, M
You can get fat binders. But, there's no miracle pill. It's just about cutting out fatty foods eating a little less and a little exercise
MarmeeMarch · M
I would get a poster of Warren / Sanders / Bucktoothed Biden and pin them in my kitchen - I think that would be an appetite supressor for sure.
WeighedDown · 41-45, M
Adipex but you have to get them prescribed or obtain them illegally (controlled substance)
Well you got another 4 months
