I feel dizzy... 😭😭😭

I hate epilepsy. I had a bad seizure and now I feel dizzy when I sit up or stand. And it made me warm. Emotions may be why I'm warm but the dizziness is the seizure and my meds combined.

Don't stand up then. Until you feel better. Did you have someone you can call and come around if you are on your own?

@Aquietplace I still live with my parents and siblings. I held onto the wall while I walked to my room to lay down. The room was spinning so I had my brother watch me.
