I feel dizzy... 😭😭😭

I hate epilepsy. I had a bad seizure and now I feel dizzy when I sit up or stand. And it made me warm. Emotions may be why I'm warm but the dizziness is the seizure and my meds combined.

I have epilepsy, too. You know it takes time to recover, and a side effect of my meds is dizziness. Just takes time.

@CoffeeFirst I have always wondered what I did to deserve it. I'm not used to recovery times because I have PNES daily.

@Aquietplace I still live with my parents and siblings. I held onto the wall while I walked to my room to lay down. The room was spinning so I had my brother watch me.
