I just hung out with my friend and did makeup and even made a new friend, but I don’t feel better. I still want to cut myself as well and my nutrition today was poor

You should eat some food that has fat and carbs and vitamins. Drink some water. Listen to music. These feelings will pass and you will feel okay again soon.
I notice for myself if I have a high mood it is usually followed by a corresponding low.
